After leaving your car in the parking area near the Church of San Lorenzo, a pleasant 200-metre walk along a typical village path will take you to the accommodation, allowing you to immediately immerse yourself in the authentic atmosphere of Sambughetto.

The independent entrance guarantees privacy and complete autonomy throughout your stay. You will be welcomed by a private stone-paved patio, an exclusive outdoor space where you can relax, read a book, enjoy a coffee, or simply appreciate the peaceful atmosphere of the mountains. Two comfortable sun loungers are also available for guests to enjoy moments of pure relaxation.

Upon entering the house, you will find a spacious and welcoming living area. On the right side there is the large living room, furnished with a sofa, dining table, cabinet, and TV, perfect for spending pleasant evenings together after a day exploring the valley.

On the left side of the entrance is the fully equipped kitchen, complete with everything you need to prepare breakfasts, lunches, and dinners independently. The additional dining table makes this space practical and comfortable for families and groups.

Going upstairs, you reach the sleeping area, consisting of two bright and comfortable double bedrooms. The windows offer wonderful views over Valstrona and the surrounding mountains, while the large balcony allows you to enjoy the landscape and the fresh mountain air at any time of the day.

The house has two bathrooms: a convenient service bathroom with WC on the ground floor, accessible from the outdoor patio, and a second bathroom on the first floor with WC and shower, accessible from the balcony.
